I started it because I was over 40, still showing up to the gym, and couldn't find gym wear that felt like it was made for someone like me. Everything out there was designed for the 22-year-old influencer — loud branding, poor fit, and zero acknowledgement that some of us have been doing this for decades.
So I built Fit After 40.
